Weekenders

For over two decades, Horizons for the Blind has sponsored Weekenders, an outreach social group for EVERYONE.

Each month, the Weekenders travel throughout the Chicagoland area in search of good food, fun, festivals, nightlife and more! Weekenders is open to everyone. Call 815-444-8800, extension 4, for more information. If you wish to attend, annual membership is only $10.

Join us for an afternoon of fun and games, but don’t forget your quarters! Lunch will be provided, and Horizons has vending machines available for drinks to be purchased.

Cost: $10 for Members, $15 for Non-Members

Weekenders February Event | Raue Center for the Arts, 26 N. Williams St, Crystal Lake, IL 60014 | Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 7 PM

Join us for A night of music featuring the best percussion and drumming groups around! Don’t miss this local fan favorite! The Evening of Percussion features the performing ensembles of the Crystal Lake Strikers and some surprise guests. You’ll see performers ranging in age from seven to seventy

Cost: Members $19 for adult, $11 for children | Non-Members $24 for adult, $16 for children
